Our Aims and Objectives

Fundraising

Our main Aim, as is the case with most Community Centres, is our year long fundraising. Although we are a Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council owned building we do still need to raise funds to maintain the interior of the building and to meet the running costs, to this end we have Fundraising Events, Regular Activities and Adult Education Courses (tutored by Newcastle-under-Lyme College) held on the premises, all of which are open to the public.

Public Awareness

Public Awareness is being raised by the Fundraising Events, Regular Activities and Courses we hold, and the local charitable organisations we support.  The Community Centre is a Community Asset for the Community run by the Community.

Community Support

As a Community asset we are always in need of Community Support, and we receive this by people hiring the Community Centre for events, parties, etc, and by people spreading the word that we are here, what we do, and that we are available for hire.
