Although the premises are Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council owned, it is maintained and run by a Voluntary Team of people known as a Management Committee, consisting of:
- Chairperson
- Vice-Chairperson
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Booking Secretary
- Grants Co-ordinator
- Committee Members
- NULBC Nominated Councillors
- NULBC Liaision Personnel
All of the Management Committee Members are unpaid volunteers.
Meetings are held on a regular basis, and normally on a Wednesday of each calendar month.
